Find your door
Which part of your brand is actually broken — positioning, identity, content, or automation? Four questions. Your exact starting point.
POSITION
BUILD
PRODUCE
AUTOMATE
Why four doors
A personal brand-and-business is built in four phases, and they compound in order: Position (who you serve and why you), Build (an identity that looks like one thing everywhere), Produce (a content engine that doesn't require living on camera), and Automate (the business layer that captures, nurtures, and sells while you're offline).
Most people don't fail because they're lazy. They fail because they're working on the wrong phase — automating a fuzzy brand, or designing logos for an audience they haven't defined.
The rule: answer honestly, and your first “no” is your door.

The four questions
0 of 4 answered
Can you state, in one written sentence each: who you serve, the specific gap you fill for them, and why you over the alternatives?
Do you have a name, logo, colour/font system, live website or landing page, link-in-bio, and professional email that all visibly match?
Are you publishing consistently (3+ pieces of content weekly) without dreading production — including video?
Do leads get captured, welcomed, nurtured, and offered your products automatically — even while you're offline?

What's behind each door
Part I
Position
Audience definition, your Gap Map, the Master Brand Script, signature lines, and 10 permanent content topics.
Part II
Build
Name, logo, three colours, two fonts, branded email, landing page, and link-in-bio — one uniform brand.
Part III
Produce
Your cloned voice, your AI twin (disclosed honestly), and one weekly script multiplied into 8–12 assets.
Part IV
Automate
Lead capture, a 5-email welcome sequence, the sales workflow, and five boring, reliable automations.
A warning before you pick a later door
You can enter at any door, but the doors are numbered for a reason. Automation amplifies whatever exists — automate a fuzzy brand and you get fuzzy at scale. If you start at Part III or IV and feel friction, the cause is almost always upstream in Part I. When in doubt, start earlier than you think you need to.
Your next step
Each door is a standalone $19 module of The Faceless & Teamless Playbook — or the complete system is $39. Every module purchase counts fully toward the full edition for 90 days, so starting small costs you nothing.
One honest note, because it's the house style: the playbook teaches systems, not outcomes. No income promises — from us, or from anyone credible.
